Thank you for shopping with Stitch & Stone Studios (stitchandstonestudios.com). All of our crochet items and bangle bracelets are carefully handmade to order. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Because each piece is handmade with love, all orders are processed and crafted within 7-14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
Please note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume sales or holiday seasons. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will reach out to you directly via email.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our studio. Tracking links generally become active within 24 to 48 hours
4. Damages & Issues
Stitch & Stone Studios stands by the quality of our handmade goods, but we want to make sure your package arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
