Because our products are handmade and often made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stitchandstonesstudios1@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Stitch and Stone Studios is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping issues caused by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist where we can.
